" This property really has a wonderful homely feel as soon as you step inside the door. The home is Semi-Detached, has Three Bedrooms, Lounge and Kitchen/Diner, Upstairs Bathroom, Conservatory, Garage and bags of Off Road Parking, both at the side and rear of the property. This family home is also ideally located within walking distance of local schools, shops and amenities. There is a covered porch at the side of the house which leads to the Entrance Hall, having stairs to the first floor landing with an understairs cupboard and a double radiator. The Lounge has a box bay window to the front, two radiators and windows to the side and rear. A multi-fuel burner is a lovely feature to the room and heats the whole house. There is also a tv point. The Kitchen/Diner is bright and spacious and consists of a Dining Area which has a window to the side, telephone point, two radiators and ample space for a large table and chairs and a Fitted Kitchen consisting of wall and base units incorporating a stainless steel sink unit and drainer with mixer taps. The units have lighting beneath them and there are also end display units. There is a freestanding double oven with gas hob and hood with lighting, plumbing for a washing machine, space for a fridge and a window and door to the rear.
