" Harrison Murray is proud to introduce to the market a stunning character property in Christchurch, approx 8 miles from March town centre. What used to be The Old School House in 1865 is now a much loved and well maintained home which still has a lot of its original features. This is truly one of the most exquisite homes we have ever had the privilege of putting on the market. The Entrance to the property has a very grand looking door which leads into the second Reception Room. This room has a window to the front, under stairs cupboard, ariel point, and has the original tiled floor and fire place, which is no longer in use but is a great feature. The Second Bedroom has the original fireplace, window, cupboard and two radiators. The Third Bedroom has fireplace, window and double radiator. The Shower Room has a separate shower cubicle with a waterfall effect shower head, low level wc and wash hand basin, there is a tiled floor, and radiator. Outside the Property to the front there are two double wooden gates to the entrance, laid to lawn and stone driveway for ample Off Road Parking. There is a side access to the Rear Garden which has been landscaped and is quite low maintenance. There is a pond and pathway to the end of the garden, mature trees and shrubs, outside taps and lighting. The Rear Garden also has a workshop with a radiator, electric points and windows. There is another out building with lighting, both of which have had new roofs and new guttering.
