" This three bedroom detached bungalow is situated in the popular village of Upwell and benefits from ample off road parking. This bungalow must be viewed to fully appreciate the accommodation on offer, which consists of a spacious lounge/diner, three double bedrooms with en-suite to master, a fully fitted kitchen, family bathroom, a beautiful enclosed rear garden with a decked area which spans the rear of the property. On entering the property we are welcomed into the reception hallway which is fitted with base units and doors leading off to the family bathroom, bedroom three and the lounge/diner. The family bathroom benefits from fully tiled floor & walls and comprises the panelled bath with shower over, a low level flush WC and a pedestal wash hand basin. The Lounge/diner has a split level with the dining area being slightly higher than the lounge and has oak flooring where as the lounge area has carpet. There are French doors leading out from the lounge to the decked area and there is a TV point and a door leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base, wall and drawer units housing a dishwasher, an eye level oven, four ring hob with extractor over, space for a microwave oven and a one & half ceramic sink with mixer tap over. There is also a utility which is fitted with base and wall units housing a butler sink, having plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer.
