" An opportunity has arisen to purchase a unique property in the pretty village of Coldham in Cambridgeshire which would appeal to many. The property itself has been greatly extended and could be one family home or a family residence with a separate annexe to include a separate kitchen, lounge and wet room. The house gardens to three sides and also benefits from a garage and masses of off road parking. The main house has a very spacious open Kitchen which has a tiled floor. There is a butler sink and Range Master oven unit. Ample base units with worktops over and an additional breakfast bar. There are windows and a door to the rear and a door leading to the Dining Area. The Kitchen also has a double radiator and plumbing for a washing machine. The Downstairs Cloakroom is fitted with a wash hand basin and a low level wc. The Utility Room has a 1 ½ bowl sink unit and drainer, space for a tall fridge freezer and a tumble dryer. There is a door and window to the side and a radiator. The Dining Area has a laminate floor and stable doors to the Kitchen. It also has a tv point. The Lounge has a coal effect gas fire set within an attractive fireplace. To the rear is a separate fully enclosed lawned area which is lovely and private and this has a sheltered suntrap for loungers.
