" Offering flexible accommodation this detached bungalow is situated in the sought after village location of Leverington and must be viewed to appreciate the size and standard of accommodation on offer. An entrance hallway allows access into the good size lounge which has a large bay window to the front aspect and a fireplace with brick surround and gas fire. The kitchen/diner is of an excellent size and incorporates a range of solid Pine eye and base level units with a four ring electric hob, oven and extractor, a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden and side access to the property. A brick archway divides the kitchen from the dining area and both benefit from a fully tiled floor with additional wall and base units in the dining area. The three bedrooms can all comfortably accommodate a double bed whilst the four piece family bathroom is fitted with a cream suite to include a corner bath, low level flush WC, wash hand basin and a separate shower cubicle. There is an additional loft room measuring approx 22ft max x 15ft which is accessed via a fixed staircase. The property also boasts double glazing and gas central heating throughout whilst out side to the front there is ample off road parking with further parking to the side of the property via double gates. The rear garden is unoverlooked and benefits from a lawned area with a triple brick workshop with power and lighting.
