The lounge has a double glazed window to front aspect, wall mounted gas fire, TV point and radiator. Along the hallway is the kitchen which has window to side aspect, sink with double drainer, range of base and wall mounted units with complimentary work tops and tiled splash backs. There is a gas cooker point and plumbing for washing machine. A door from the kitchen leads to the conservatory which is of UPVC construction with tiled flooring and double doors to the garden. Bedroom one has a double glazed window to rear aspect and radiator, whilst bedroom two has double glazed window to front aspect and radiator. In the bathroom there is a window to rear aspect, bath with seperate shower over, wash hand basin, low level WC, airing cupbaord and radiator.
