" This imposing Victorian, five bedroom house is the ideal home for a family looking for more space. The property has plenty of character, is located close to the town park and not far from the town centre and all its amenities. Outside there is a good size rear garden, double garage a drive at the front with a five bar wooden gate and accessed via a private road. A wooden door leads into the vestibule entrance which has tiled flooring and a further panelled and leaded stained glass door into the dining room. This room has high ceilings, polished wood flooring, plate rails, fire place with surround, two radiators, dual aspect windows and lovely stained glass door which leads to the hall. A door from the dining room leads into the sitting room which has at its centre a fireplace with marble surround and an inset living flame coal effect gas fire. The sitting room also has a bay window, ornate frieze, arched alcove, radiators, TV point and a panelled double door into the breakfast room.
