" This three bedroom semi detached Victorian property close to Wisbech town centre is ideal for a first time buyer or investor. The property is offered with no upward chain and benefits from double glazing, gas central heating, mains connection to electricity, water and drainage. The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms on the first floor, the master being to the front of the property with two windows allowing ample natural light. The second has a window to the rear affording views over the garden with a feature fire place on the outside wall, and bedroom three has a window to the side with a built in wardrobe. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor which is fitted with a low level flush WC, Pedestal wash hand basin and a window to the side.
