" This self-contained delightful flat is situated in the early 19th Century Granary located near the quayside at Sutton Bridge. There are on-going proposals to construct a marina close to Garners Wharf (Google Sutton Bridge Marina Development Plan). The village of Sutton Bridge offers a range of amenities to include an unusual and (very testing) nine hole Golf Course, Health Centre, Pharmacy, Sub-Post Office, Primary School plus a good range of shops etc. There are bus stops near the flats for a regular service to nearby towns of King s Lynn and Wisbech (both about 9 miles away). Most of the facilities are within walking distance of Garners Wharf.

The Building was completely renovated during the mid/late 1980 s to an excellent specification to include a new roof, hardwood windows, good quality doors and fittings throughout etc.
