" A Grade II Listed former stone-built farmhouse dating from the 18th Century, in lovely quite village just North of Bourne. On the north wall is a round ashlar plaque inscribed Mary Harby 1742 . The property has a modern interior and has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, however retaining many character features. The village is 3 miles North of Bourne, and sits right next to Morton on the A15 which takes you South to The Deepings and Peterborough and North to Sleaford, and further to Lincoln. Grantham and Stamford are also less than 20 miles away from the property. The spacious family accommodation is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor is the reception hall which follow over to an decorative Edwardian staircase, a cloakroom, a spacious drawing room, a separate dining room, a further reception room currently used as a study, an excellently sized kitchen dining room with large integrated kitchen and ample space for a large table, and a utility room. Through from the utility room is a self-contained home office with external door, and additionally a separate cloakroom.
