" 20 Upper Riochan is a well presented end terrace located in a child friendly area of Inveraray. The property has planning permission to extend the rear of the building if more living space is required.

This nice family home consists of two bedrooms, family lounge, ground and first floor bathrooms, ample storage, floored and shelved loft with Ramsay ladder, Everest conservatory and a good size garden with timber shed. Location

The much sought after town of Inveraray, Home of the Duke of Argyll, is situated approximately one hour west of Glasgow Airport and 45 minutes south of Oban. The property is conveniently located a short distance from the thriving main shopping area. The town of Inveraray has the benefit of a primary school, 2 banks, 9 hole golf course, a variety of shops including Londis, leisure club with swimming pool and spa. Inveraray has many places to eat and drink including the newly opened Indian restaurant and takeaway.
