" Torrisdale is a charming semi detached cottage located in the picturesque fishing village of Tarbert, Argyll. Accommodation comprises: 3 bedrooms; lounge; open plan kitchen/dining room; bathroom and utility room with WC.

Torrisdale has oil fired central heating and double glazing, and is in excellent decorative order, with new kitchen, bathroom and carpets. In addition the house has a new slate roof and has also been rewired.Torrisdale has lovely views to the harbour, Tarbert Castle and beyond to Loch Fyne.

The village of Tarbert has a wide range of shops, restaurants, a health centre and primary and secondary school. There is an active local community which delivers a range of events and festivals throughout the year. There is also an attractive 9 hole golf course, football pitch and bowling green.



The main entrance from Barmore Road leads to a hall with under stair cupboard and access to the harbour facing garden.

A path at the side of the house leads to the cellar and the main garden area, which has lovely views over the harbour and Loch Fyne. The garden includes a range of mature plants and is laid mainly to lawn.There is also a small garden to the Barmore Road side of the property.
