Built by a private builder in 1957, 41 South Avenue is coming to the market for the 1st time. The property sits in an excellent plot on South Avenue in the ever popular Thornly Park area of Paisley. With no property opposite and outlooks to the Glennifer Braes it is hard to pick a better plot in the area. The bungalow that occupies a prominent position, presents the opportunity to refurbish or develop this property into a beautiful family home.

The bungalow has plenty of 1960s charm and character and currently comprises a generous reception hallway, three double bedrooms, two public rooms, a kitchen, utility room and shower room.
