They dont come along often and its easy to see why, a back and front door set within the heart of Gourock town centre. Perfect for people downsizing who want to be close to everything Gourock has to offer including public transport links, restaurants, cafes, shops and bars.
This two bedroom mid terraced villa is tastefully decorated throughout in neutral colours and offers deceptively spacious accommodation in all apartments. Its worth mentioning at this point that every room in this home has an Estuary view with the exception of the bathroom and cloaks/wc!!
The property consists of reception hallway with walk in storage cupboard and that all important cloaks/wc with white two piece suite. The lounge like all social rooms is set to the rear enjoying an elevated open outlook over Gourock town centre to the Clyde Estuary and Argyll hills beyond.
