Binnie Street is one of the few streets within Inverclyde which breaks the mould for properties that actually sell really well. There must be a reason for this, location for sure, very close to the town centre yet far enough back to be considered a quiet residential street. Generally these properties are of superior quality relative to the size of accommodation and finishes within compared to other properties nearby.
This two bedroom raised ground floor flat is no exception and you will not be disappointed when you match the quality of this property with the value for money on offer.
