Situated within the popular North Ayrshire village of Skelmorlie which lies between Largs and Greenock, this main door upper flat is located at the commencement of Innes Park Road and literally a stones throw away from the village centre on Skelmorlie Castle Road.

At the junction with Skelmorlie Castle Road turn right heading towards Skelmorlie Cross and turn first left along Innes Park Road where No.4 is along here on the right hand side. The entry door is in the gable end of the building.
