This raised main door ground floor flat quite simply is a pleasure to walk around. A subtle blend of that period opulence and grandiose apartments with very tasteful modern decor and finishes. We would doubt that any flat currently for sale in this price bracket will match what we have here in this gem of a property. We need to begin out of sync as the dining kitchen truly is to die for and as unique selling points go this area does it for us. The kitchen is beautifully finished in quality floor and wall mounted storage units with subtle lighting incorporated for those more romantic moments that are deserving of an ambient mood. The blue ceramic splash back wall tiles are in stark contrast to the natural wood of the units however this just works a treat adding to the luxuriant feel. There are integrated fridge / freezer, 4 ring gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. There is a double window formation looking over the rear garden grounds and onto a gap site ensuring privacy.
The reception hallway is broad and welcoming and has substantial cupboard storage. There is a side external door which opens onto the common close and provides access to the rear gardens.
The bay window lounge enjoys some excellent cornice work upon the ceiling and has a private outlook to the front upon the landscaping bordering Grosvenor bowling club. There is a living flame gas fire within marble hearth and marble inset within decorative wooden fire surround. The lounge has a large walk in storage cupboard.
Bedroom one is a large room set to the front which again has some remarkable cornice work. Bedroom 2 is set to the rear and is a great size. The family bathroom has a white three piece suite with over bath wall mounted shower. This room is tastefully finished and has contrasting grey laminate effect flooring.
The property has gas central heating and double glazing.
There are private gardens to the front of the property which are laid to lawn with borders. The rear gardens are communal and are laid to lawn.
So why look at this flat when there are so many available......
Pound for pound this is a real heavy weight, you will not get anything near to this for size, decor and attention to detail. Huge accommodation and a dining kitchen that outstrips all others in this price bracket. You really need to see this one before it is too late as opportunities like this are few and far between!!!!!
