" An extended Victorian house, being extremely well presented throughout, with a large garden, studio/ home office and driveway 1 Church Villas is, not surprisingly, situated immedialtely adjacent to the village Church and within a short walk of the excellent Kings Head Inn and the village Primary School. The accommodation, which is over three floors, briefly comprises of: Entrance, cloakroom, sitting room with cast iron fireplace and surround, exposed wood floors and stairs rising to the first floor. From here a doorway leads into the living room which has an exposed wood floor and wood burning stove. The large kitchen/dining room is situated off the living room and has an extensive range of wall and base level units with sink unit and space for a cooker, but the real attraction of this fantastic room is the dining area which in part has a double height ceiling and is incredibly light. From here there is a very useful door that goes back out to the front of the property in addition to the double doors that open out to the rear patio and on into the garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A further staircase leads up to the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom.To the rear, the garden is initially laid to patio and then lawn with stocked borders and numerous young trees. There is also an extremely useful detached studio/home office which has power, light and a telephone point. Broadband is available.
