DIRECTIONS From Stow-on-the-Wold heading on the A436 towards Chipping Norton. After approximatley a mile take the right hand turning to Bledington (B4450). After entering into the village, contiue over the bridge and bear left. At the next right hand bend take a left turn and the property will be seen on the left hand side.

LOCATION Bledington is a very attractive small village with a population of about 400. It is situated on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border and within the Cotswold Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Kingham main line station is about a mile away. The village has a lively community spirit which centres around the Primary School, Parish Church and 16th Century Inn. Kingham also has a good range of facilities including a shop, tow public house, playing fields, village hall and hotel. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop is about 2 miles. There is a regular 'bus service to and connecting with Stow-on-the-Wold, (4 miles) Chipping Norton (6 miles) Cheltenham

(22 miles) and Oxford (25 miles) which all have shopping and other amenities.

Outside. A gravelled path flanked by lawn to the front door. There is a gravelled parking area set in front of the attached garage/barn 16'1' depth by 22'10' width open to the apex and with rear pedestrian door, casement window.

The rear garden is approached either from the inner hall or the kitchen/dining or alternatively via a path which leads by the side of the house. There is a paved terraced area immediately abutting the property flanked by gravelled area and with the remainder of the garden seeded and with timber fencing to both side and post rail and wire fencing set at the end. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of ?2,100 is payable at the commencement of the Tenancy.
