" Modern 4 bedroom semi-detached family home in a cul-de-sac location. The property is set over 3 floors and benefits from deceptively spacious and flexible accommodation. DIRECTIONS From our office in Milton-Under-Wychwood turn right and continue past the shops on the right hand side and village hall on the right. Turn second right into Frog Lane bearing sharp right at the bottom. Continue into The Sands leading straight on into Fettiplace and round to the left into Ansell Way, continue to the end of the cul-de-sac where the property can be found at the bottom identified by the for sale board. SITUATION Located in the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds the area was once the ancient Royal Hunting Forest of Wychwood, much of which survives today.
