Directions: From Witney proceed on the B4022 through the village of Hailey, pass the Bird in Hand restaurant at Whiteoak Green and after approximately quarter of a mile turn right opposite the farmhouse into a single track lane which leads into Ramsden. The property is on the left as you enter the village. Alternatively, if you miss this turning, take the next right which is signposted Ramsden and at the War Memorial turn right and at the far end the property is on the right.
