" Semi detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large living room, separate dining room, utility, three bedrooms, plus driveway parking and delightful garden.

Surprisingly good space including two receptions, secluded and very pretty garden, end of cul-de-sac location & end of terrace Kidlington is a large village just to the North of Oxford. It has roots dating back to the Domesday book, in which it is mentioned, but since Georgian times has been expanding with the most rapid growth in the 20th century. Today the village is vibrant with many local amenities ranging from Sainsburys to many good pubs/ restaurants, and there is also a wide range of light industry some of which is focused around the Airport. For many Kidlington offers the rare mix of a village community and town accessibility. 39 Bellenger is set at the very end of the cul-de-sac hence there is no passing traffic and it is one of the quietest houses in the area. It is slightly unusual in that unlike many other semis it has an additional single storey to the side (with its own loft) and within this is contained a further reception room and a utility, ideal extra living space for a family. This house also features a delightful garden which is mature, landscaped and very secluded. The front door leads into an inner porch and a hallway. To the right is a cloak room and behind that the stairs rise away. At the end of the hall is a good-sized store cupboard, and under the stairs is a handy space for all manner of storage. The door to the left leads into the kitchen which is fitted with various units and there is a freestanding cooker alongside space for a fridge. This connects at the rear to a really rather sizeable living room which is tastefully decorated and also features doors to the rear leading out to the terrace and garden beyond. To the left of the kitchen there is also a separate dining room with a further door out to the garden, and in front of this is a utility room with plumbing for washing machine, tumble drier etc along with a further door to the front. Upstairs all three bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with a white suite and a pretty tiled floor. The main bedroom is large, more than enough space for a number of furnishings as well as a King size double. Bedroom two is a good double room, and bedroom three while smaller is an ample single or a very good study room. Outside to the front the driveway is paved with a few shrubs and a gravel path to the left plus a block-paved driveway. To the rear of the house the garden is delightful, mature and well planned with a terrace behind the house running the full width plus a low wall with planters in the top separating the terrace from the lawn. Down both sides the owner has planted a wide range of flowering plants as well as various trees and shrubs, all of which make this a very pleasant space, and it is securely enclosed on both sides by fencing with a brick wall to the rear.
