" A detached three bedroom property built in the 1950s, set back from the main road with delightful front, side and rear gardens. Subject to the usual planning consents the property could be extended to the side or the plot could even offer an opportunity for further development. Kidlington is ideally placed for the new Oxford Parkway train station to London Marylebone (due to open in October 2015) and for access to Oxford or London via the A34 and M40. 3 bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, cloakroom, gardens, parking. SITUATION    Kidlington, just North of Oxford is a thriving community served by a wide range of shops including an out of town Sainsbury's on its southern outskirts and Tesco in the village centre, in addition the village supports a doctors and dentists surgeries and schooling for all ages. There is a popular nursery school, and Montessori nursery and a host of mother and toddler activities. The Gosford Sports Centre has an indoor pool and squash courts. The village is particularly well positioned for its access to the centre of Oxford with a frequent and regular 24 hour bus service. It is also well positioned for the M40 to the North and M4 to the south.
