SITUATION:
The property is situated in a quiet location close to the centre of the village. Aston Rowant is a sought after South Oxfordshire village situated in picturesque countryside with Primary School, just over a mile form M40 junction 6, giving easy access to London, Heathrow, Oxford, and Birmingham. From our office in Benson continue along the B4009 towards Watlington. Upon entering Watlington turn left into Couching Street and go through the village. Continue along the B4009 towards the M40, go under the motorway and into Aston Rowant. Turn left into the village and follow the road round past the Church and 15 The Green can be found a little way down on the left hand side before you reach The Green.
