" TENURE:
Available now for 6-12 months or longer.

CHARGES:
A deposit of one and a half months rent is payable upon commencement of the tenancy and will be held by us as Stakeholders until satisfactory termination of the tenancy. Please note that at the commencement of the tenancy, the first month`s rent is payable in advance, together with the deposit and this must be paid in cleared funds, not a personal cheque. A Non-refundable deposit of 1/2 months rent will secure the property for you. Griffith and Partners charge an application fee of n++100.00 plus VAT for the first adult applicant + n++50 + VAT for all additional adults. This fee is non-refundable, unless the Landlord withdraws the property. A check in fee is payable on the day of commencement of the tenancy. A check-out fee will be required at the end of the tenancy, this fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Tenants are required to pay half the cost of the tenancy agreement (approximately n++60.00) on every renewal of Tenancy Agreements.

Tenants will also be required to take over Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and British Telecom arrangements into their names upon commencement of the tenancy, and arrange for closing accounts at the end of the tenancy.
