" A rural location for this three bedroom semi-detached property situated in the highly desirable Great Milton area. The property requires extensive modernisation but also has the scope to extend at the back and still retain a good size garden. Upon entering the property there is a door to the right to the lounge which has a fireplace and to the left the stairs. From the hall ahead there is a door leading to the kitchen and dining room. From the kitchen there is a door leading to the lean-to and bathroom. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two overlooking the rear aspect and one overlooking the front aspect. Externally there is 100' garden which overlooks an open field. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature fruit trees and various outbuildings. To the front there is a shared driveway and parking on the road.

Great Milton is a very attractive village which lies within beautiful countryside and the well-known restaurant and hotel Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons created by the celebrated chef Raymond Blanc is located within the village. Great Milton is approximately 10 miles south-east of Oxford just off the A329 and about a mile and a half from junction 7 of the M40.
