" A good sized Victorian semi-detached property situated in the heart of East Oxford and currently let as an investment with an established HMO for four sharers. Percy Street is situated in East Oxford; a highly popular, convenient and fashionable part of Oxford, well know for its eclectic mix of bars, restaurants and shops along the Cowley Road.
