To the side is a former garage which is currently used as a store room and laundry room, but could be converted back or the area used for an extension subject to the usual conditions. To the front is a garden providing off road parking and to the rear is an enclosed garden with useful shed. The house has an enclosed porch to the front opening into an entrance hall. There is a sitting room with doors opening into a dining room and a well fitted kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Barton is well situated on the outskirts of Headington with excellent access to the ring road and motor way network including M40 (J8a). Nearby Thornhill Park and Ride has &quote;Oxford Tube&quote; services to London and Heathrow. There are also rail services to London from Islip and Oxford Parkway.
