Detached annexe: Hall, conservatory/living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, study and bathroom.

Combe is a charming village with a pretty village green and The Cock Inn.  It is located west of Blenheim Park and boasts some lovely old buildings including a 14th century church. There is a highly regarded primary school and for older children transport is available to the Marlborough School, Woodstock. Long Hanborough train station 3 miles.
