Situated in a large cottage garden of approximately a quarter acre (unmeasured), with off street parking and a stone built shed, the property is within easy reach of Abingdon, Witney and Oxford and is quietly located in a no through road on the edge of Brighthampton.

The cottage retains many original features, including Inglenook fireplaces, bressumer beams, a bread oven and exposed timbers.

Directions:  From Witney proceed in a southerly direction on the A415 past the village of Ducklington, and after approximately four miles follow the road into Brighthampton.  Take the left hand bend into Abingdon Road and take the second right into Lancott Lane where the property will be found on the right hand side.

Brighthampton is a hamlet adjoining Standlake and is often considered part of Standlake village. However, it has its own identity with many substantial houses flanking the Aston Road taking in the whole corner when the Witney Road meets the Abingdon Road.  Witney 6 miles, Abingdon 10 miles, Oxford 12 miles.
