Directions. From Witney on the A40 travelling towards Oxford, take the right slip road into Eynsham. Immediately turn into Shakespeare Road and three quarters of the way along take the right into Back Lane, then turn right again into Falstaff Close. Follow the close round to the right and the bungalow is in the top left hand corner.

Eynsham is a large village but with the advantages of a small town with excellent amenities and facilities.  It is located about five miles west of the Oxford ring-road on the banks of the Thames and has been settled since the Bronze age.  The Market Square is easily accessible and the village boasts numerous inns, restaurants and a variety of shops for everyday needs including a garage, supermarket, butchers, electrical supplies and many more.  Public transport services run daily to and from Witney and Oxford and on to London and there is a primary and secondary school within the village boundaries.
