" A modern, well proportioned village property with double garage and outdoor heated swimming pool set in mature, enclosed gardens. The village green, the primary school, church and public house are situated within close proximity. 4 bedrooms (1 en suite), family bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, office/games room, dining room, double garage, heated swimming pool and gardens. SITUATION    The detached property is situated in the village of Cassington. The church of St. Peter was built in 1123 and choir stalls, Jacobean in style, have canopies from Christ Church College, Oxford. There are two village pubs, playground, village hall and a primary school. Nearby Eynsham and Yarnton provide shops and a post office.
