" A Detached Chalet-Bungalow with Three Double Bedrooms as well as Two Bathrooms and Two Reception Rooms, situated on a generous plot with large private rear garden at the end of a lane in the village of Cassington, just a few miles from Oxford. The front door opens into an entrance hallway. The Living Room is a good size and located at the rear of the property overlooking the mature garden, benefiting from large windows that expose the room to a lovely amount of natural light. The Kitchen is also located at the rear of the property and, fitted with a range of wooden units with wooden worktops, eye-level double oven and grill, and a double butler style sink. There is a second Reception Room offering a good space for Dining Room, Study, Play Room or Occasional Bedroom; stairs lead from this room to the first floor. Also on the Ground Floor is the Master Bedroom with built in wardrobe, and a Family Bathroom. On the first floor are two more double Bedrooms and another, larger, family bathroom.
