" Situated within a quiet no-through road, yet within five minutes walk of Witney town centre is this three bedroom family home that dates back to 1902. This very well presented property offers light and airy ground floor accommodation whilst still retaining much of the character and charm associated with a property of its age and also benefits from having well cared for front and rear gardens.

DIRECTION From the offices of Oliver James proceed along the High Street towards the town centre. At the mini roundatabout turn right into Welch Way passing through the set of traffic lights and taking the next right into Moorland Road. Proceed along this road taking the right hand turn into Dark Lane and the property is situated on the left hand side clearly indicated by an Oliver James 'For Sale' sign.
