" This is an attractive modern family house situated on a much sought after residential development within the popular north Oxfordshire village of Steeple Aston. The accommodation, which is arranged over two floors, includes an entrance hall, sitting room with double doors to patio and rear garden and a separate dining room. The modern kitchenbreakfast room has been fitted with an attractive range of base units with quartz worktops, built in appliances including a double oven, hob and a warming drawer. There is a breakfast bar, a stable door to the rear garden and access to the cloakroom.
The first floor has three bedrooms, a family bathroom, an en-suite shower room and a dressing room.

Situation
The popular village of Steeple Aston is an ancient village mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The river Cherwell and the Oxford Canal run close by and further afield lies the market town of Bicester, which dates back to 1239. Steeple Aston is also convenient for both Oxford and Banbury and access to the M40 motorway can be gained at junction 10. There are rail links available in Heyford, Oxford, Banbury and Bicester (Bicester to London Marylebone approx 50 mins) plus within the village itself there is a shoppost office, very well regarded primary school and pre-school, public house, church, playing field, play park and allotments. Also within easy reach there is Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village.
