Description
This three bedroom detached bungalow is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac location, but with the benefit of being close to local amenities and the town centre. Benefits of this property include driveway parking, a garage and a pleasant south facing garden. Although in need of cosmetic redecoration the property boasts well sized rooms with two good sized double bedrooms, a further single bedroom, large sitting room and kitchen/diner.On entering the property from the front door there is an entrance hall. The Sitting room is off to the right and the three bedrooms to the left. The family bathroom is directly in front of you and past the sitting room is the kitchen diner. There is access from the kitchen/diner to the rear garden and convenient access to the garden from the front of the property on the left hand side.
