Description
We are pleased to offer this two double bedroom property in the village of Brize Norton. The property does require modernisation.Upon entering the property there is a small entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, and a door each side, one to the ground floor wet room, which has a w.c, wash hand basin and an adapted shower area. The other door leads you though into the sitting room. The sitting room, has a PVCu window looking over the front aspect, there is a fireplace place which houses the gas back boiler. Moving through there is a good sized kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has a range of wall and floor units and space for a fridge. The dining area has a door leading to an inner hallway which leads to a door to the front and sliding doors leading out to the conservatory. The conservatory has a door to the rear garden and an archway leading through to a small utility area. On the first floor there is a small landing with a cupboard and access to both bedrooms. Bedroom one has a window overlooking the rear garden and a freestanding wardrobe. Bedroom two has a window overlooking the front of the property and eve's storage. Externally to the front of the property there is a good sized driveway area which is laid to shingle and block paving allowing parking for two vehicles. To the rear the garden offers a nice patio area and new fencing.

From our office proceed along Brize Norton Road, when you get to the round about turn right. Please proceed along to the next round about and take the 2nd exit onto Carterton Road. At the end of Carterton Road you will come to a round about, Turn right onto Station Road. Proceed along station road after the 3rd turning on your right you will find the property advertised by a "For Sale" Board.
