" Situated within an enviable position within this select Charles Church development to the south of Banbury an attractive stone village home that is presented in lovely decorative order throughout. The property's entrance hall gives access to a cloakroom and to the ground floor accommodation which comprises an open plan and light living and dining room with carved stone fireplace and real flame gas fire inset. The kitchen and breakfast room offers a range of quality fitted eye and base level units with granite worksurfaces. Within the kitchen there is a belfast sink unit with all appliances being AEG which include a double oven (one fan) and grill, integral fridge freezer and washing machine. To the first floor the master bedroom is a lovely sizeable room with a further dressing room area and an ensuite shower room. Situation
Adderbury is located to the south of Banbury with a range of amenities including a choice of public houses. Schooling for the primary age group is available within the village at the Christopher Rawlins Primary School and secondary schooling is available at the Warriner School, which is in the nearby village of Bloxham

(3 miles), a school bus is provided. Adderbury is also the home of Banbury West End Lawn Tennis club and on the outskirts of the village there is a golf course. Access to the M40 motorway can be gained at Ardley (Jct 10) and from Banbury (Jct 11). From Banbury there is also a mainline railway station with an excellent service to London Marylebone.
