" This double fronted period stone cottage is in need of modernisation and offers scope to reconfigure the accommodation and/or convert the large attic, subject to the necessary permissions.
The accommodation in more detail comprises of an entrance hall which runs front to back with herringbone parquet flooring and half height wall panelling, sitting room also with parquet flooring, inset gas fire, alcove storage, half height wall panelling and picture rails. There is a modest kitchen with quarry tiled floor, cupboards and drawers with a stainless steel sink. A walk in pantry provides further storage. On the other side of the hall there is a further reception room also with herringbone parquet floor and wall panelling. Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle and pedestal wash basin. Separate cloakroom with WC.
On the first floor there are currently three bedrooms (two interconnecting). From the landing there is a hatch to the loft space which has a steep pitch and, subject to the necessary permissions, could be converted to provide further accommodation.

Situation
The pretty village of Aynho is situated south east of Banbury on the B4100 in the South Northamptonshire countryside. The village is made up predominantly of period stone properties together with a limited number of more recent homes. There is a good community spirit and Aynho offers The Cartwright Hotel, the Church of St Michael and a village hall. It is conveniently situated for access to the towns of Banbury and Bicester, both of which offer a comprehensive range of facilities with primary and secondary schooling found in neighbouring villages. Access to the M40 motorway can be gained at junction 10 (Ardley), There is also an excellent mainline train service (London Marylebone & Birmingham) from both Banbury & Bicester.
