" A detached three bedroom bungalow located within a small cul de sac, towards the edge of the village with ancillary accommodation (conversion of the garage) and pretty rear gardens.

Constructed of brick beneath a tiled roof, the bungalow provides well proportioned accommodation and offers the potential to be enlarged, subject to approval). There is a large L-shape living/dining room, kitchen with separate utility room, cloakroom, family bathroom and three bedrooms.

The annex is completely self-contained, complete with its own small garden area and has a reception room opening to a kitchen, bedroom and shower room.

Situation
Little Bourton is one of the smaller villages in the area, it lies just north of Banbury off the A423. The comprehensive facilities of Banbury include the Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Gateway Retail Park and the Spiceball Park Leisure Centre. There is a mainline railway link at Banbury to London (Marylebone in under an hour) and the M40 junction 11 can be reached from Little Bourton without actually entering the town itself and offers road links to London and Birmingham. Other surrounding towns of interest are Northampton, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Milton Keynes, Stratford and Oxford.
