Also on the first floor and within the house, but accessed from a separate staircase, is bedroom 5, this space could also be used as an upstairs living room/office or maybe space for nanny/au pair. Downstairs there is a living room with double doors to the garden and a separate dinning room too. The kitchen has a useful breakfast bar area and utility room. In addition there is a family room also with double doors to the garden with a separate staircase to bedroom 5. Outside there is off street parking and a double garage. Situation
Chipping Warden is located to the north east of Banbury on the A361 Daventry Road. Once a prosperous market town, the steps of the cross still stand on the green. It is now an ironstone village comprising many period stone properties. The village has an old centre together with a number of more modern properties. The older properties are generally constructed in the local ironstone and this includes the substantial parish Church, which is believed to have its origins in the 14th Century. Within the village there are two public houses and a primary school.
