" A detached stone built family home being one of four properties located at the end of a private gated development offering well presented family accommodation with a contemporary feel and an open aspect to the front elevation.

The property was constructed in 2006 of stone beneath a tiled roof. The property is fitted to a high specification and is well presented throughout with many attractive modern fittings. The Porcelanosa tiled floor extends through the kitchen/breakfast room, utility room and complements a modern well fitted oak fronted kitchen with granite worksurfaces. The dual aspect sitting room features an open fireplace with an oak floor and patio doors to the rear garden. Situation
Mollington is situated to the north of Banbury. It is a pretty ironstone village on the side of a hill above the Mollington Brook. Facilities within the village include church, public house, and village hall. More comprehensive facilities can be found in nearby Banbury where there is a mainline railway station. Junction 11 of the M40 provides access to both London and Birmingham.
