" Having been sympathetically improved by the current owner, the property offers a lovely mix of well-balanced light filled rooms with an abundance of characterful features including cornices, ceiling roses, ornate character fireplaces and picture rails.

From the moment you arrive the property encompasses all of the charm and warmth you would expect to find with a grand entrance hall giving access to the four floors of accommodation. Banbury is an historical market town and conveniently located for the M40 (Jct 11) which gives access to Oxford (23 miles), Birmingham

(43 miles), London (78 miles). Banbury mainline station to LondonMarylebone (under the hour) and Birmingham Snow Hill (55 mins). Some very attractive countryside surrounds and many places of historical interest are within easy reach such as Warwick, Startford Upon Avon and Oxford. The town is served by shops and facilities including Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Castle Quay Two, Gateway Retail Park and numerous health and fitness clubs. There is excellent local schooling in the area to include - St. Johns Priory Prep School, Tudor Hall (girls) and Bloxham Public School.
