" Goodrington Close is a very quiet cul de sac situated within walking distance to the town centre offering good sized family living accommodation.

The property has an area of lawn to the front and parking for one car, entrance hall with coat hooks, very pretty lounge with real wood floor and feature fireplace and an archway leading through to the spacious kitchen with dining area.
