There is a fitted kitchen with matching base and wall level units with ntegral stainless steel sink, freestanding space for cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Situation
Hook Norton is a popular North Oxfordshire village, with good amenities including library, primary school, adult education classes, parish church, doctor, dentist, veterinary surgeon, post office with store, general storesand country Inns. In addition to bus services to local towns, Banbury Railway Station is approximately 8 miles away and provides services to London Paddington (journey time c.80 minutes) and an alternative service to Marylebone. From our offices in Chipping Norton proceed north through the town and at the double mini roundabout take the second exit on to the Banbury Road (A361). Take the first turning left signposted Hook Norton. On entering the village bear left in front of the Pear Tree public house into Claybank and then right into The Bourne. Continue along The Bourne taking the last turning on the right-hand side into The Shearings. The property will be found immediately othe left-hand side identified by our 'For Sale' board.
