" A beautifully situated two bedroom cottage backing onto open countryside on the outskirts of the village, offering a detached single garage with room above, parking and attractive rear gardens. Believed to date back to the Victorian era, the property was formerly a farm workers cottage and is constructed of brick beneath a slate roof and forms part of a terrace of similar cottages. Internally, the property, which could benefit from some cosmetic updating, offers a great deal of character with exposed ceiling timbers, stonework, and an inglenook fireplace with bread oven and wood burning stove.

Situation
Swalcliffe is situated in countryside south west of Banbury. The village has essentially one main street, which takes a twisting course incorporating quiet & narrow lanes. The market town of Banbury offers the Castle Quay Shopping Centre & the Spiceball Park Leisure Centre. There is access to the M40 at Jct 11 giving access to London & Birmingham. There is also a mainline railway station with services to London & Birmingham.
