" Situated within this popular village to the south of Banbury, a substantial detached family home that has been further enlarged by the current owners to create light and spacious accommodation with views across the village. The spacious entrance hall provides access to the living room which has views across the garden and a Real Flame gas fire with a stone carved surround. There is a modern kitchen with a range of eye and base level units with granite worksurfaces, oven, grill, 5-ring Neff hob with a canopied hood above. There is an integral microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Leading on from the kitchen is a large open plan dining and family room with a vaulted ceiling, four velux windows and two sets of double doors to the rear garden. In addition there is a utility room and cloakroom with a courtesy door to the double garage. To the first floor there are four bedrooms with the master bedroom benefitting from an ensuite and a family bathroom.

Situation
Bloxham is a large ironstone village south west of Banbury. Within the village there are a range of amenities including post office, local shops, hairdressers, petrol station, choice of public houses, a village church, dentist and doctorn++s surgery. Schooling within the village includes primary, secondary and a public school. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Banbury to include the Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Spiceball Leisure Centre and access to the M40 (Jct 11) providing access to both Birmingham and London.
