" The front door leads into the hallway, with the spacious livingdining room to the right running the full depth of the house. A doorway leads through to the kitchen.

As well as the front door, there is a side door from the garden which leads to a small hallway; a cloakroom with toilet and basin; and the rear kitchen.

The kitchen ? which has wonderful views ? has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven and grill. There is space for a fridgefreezer and a washing machine.

The closest railway station is Banbury, which is about eight miles away, where Chiltern Railways run services to Birmingham and to London via Oxford. Moreton-in-Marsh station (15 miles) is served by Great Western to London Paddington, and West to Worcester and Hereford.

The motorway network can be accessed via Junction 11 of the M40 at Banbury (9 miles).

Banbury has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets, sporting, arts and entertainment venues, including the popular Spiceball Leisure centre with its gym, swimming pool, badminton and squash courts. The Banbury Museum is situated in the Castle Quay shopping centre beside the canal.
