DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY From Banbury Cross proceed Southerly along the main Oxford road and at the Bodicote flyover turn left and then right passing over the Oxford Road. Enter the village of Bodicote and continue along the High Street until the Plough Inn is reached. Turn left opposite the Bakers Arms into East Street and the property is the second on the left. The parking space will be found on the highway on the opposite side of the road. SITUATION BODICOTE lies approximately a mile and a half south of Banbury and within the village amenities include Post Office and stores, three public houses, a primary school, village hall and sports clubs including Banbury Cricket, Rugby Club and 'Bannatynes' Health and Leisure Club, there is also bus service to and from the town centre. Junction 11 of the M40 is to be found on the eastern outskirts of Banbury. DESCRIPTION QUIES DOMUS is a charming period stone and thatched cottage which is located within the heart of this popular and well served village. The property is beautifully presented and has accommodation which is arranged over two floors which includes a large sitting/dining room with an inglenook fireplace and a cottage style kitchen/breakfast room which leads onto the garden.
