DIRECTIONS: From Wantage town centre take the A338 north through Hanney and at the traffic lights for Marcham go straight on and then left at the next set of traffic lights. Go past Millets keep going until the left turn for Fyfiled Wick. After a short distance go left again, follow the road and after a few hundred yards take the 2nd left. The cottages will be found after a short distance, with parking at the rear.

TERMS: Available mid December for 12 month let with a 6 month break clause, unfurnished but with cooker and fridge. NO BENEFIT CLAIMANTS. Tenants will be responsible for payment of electricity, gas, council tax and telephone (including transfer/connection costs).
